CloudSim offers Cloud Computing Simulation
CloudSim is proposed as a framework for modelling and simulation of Cloud Computing environments to support performance evaluation of policies for resource provisioning / application scheduling / policies of federation of Clouds (in a repeatable and controllable manner). CloudSim sounds interesting. I am curious as to whether it might be available and under what sort of licensing agreement.
